During my New Year stay, I enjoyed the cleanliness and comfortable rooms. The shower was great with plenty of hot water. The hotel's location was also an advantage, as it was situated in a quiet area despite being surrounded by lots of activity. The staff was friendly and welcoming, adding to the warm and enjoyable stay.

The breakfast spread was basic with very limited options, and the noise levels in the neighborhood were disturbing, particularly at night. The dining area had some hygiene issues, and the staff seemed unprepared, not knowing the recipes for the drinks.
